My usual, coffee and a Luna bar.
How much water do you drink each day?
At least 4 16.9oz bottles of water. So about 68oz.
What is your current favorite workout?
Hmm, well I’m really starting to get into running.
How many calories do you eat each day?
I aim for at least 1200, but here lately I’ve been falling short :/
What are your favorite healthy snacks?
String cheese, wheat thins, peanut butter on toast, yogurt.
What do you usually eat for lunch?
Lately I’ve been hooked on hard boiled egg sandwiches. Sooo yummy!
What is your favourite body part to train?
Probably my legs.
What is your least favorite body part to train?
Abs, just because I feel weird training them in the gym haha.
What are your “bad” food cravings?
Any baked sweets, especially cupcakes. Which sucks cause I looove baking!
Do you take vitamins or supplements?
Nope. Multivitamins tend to hurt my tummy :(
How often do you eat out?
Like restaurants? Maybe 2-3 times a month, but I try to avoid them.
Do you eat fast food?
No.
Who is your biggest supporter?
My mom. She’s the only one I can tell my weight to and she always encourages me.
Do you have a gym membership?
Yes! I love going to the gym :)
How many hours of sleep do you get each night?
Anywhere from 6-10 hours, depending on when I fall asleep.
Do you have a “cheat” day?
No. I used to have cheat days, but they would always turn into cheat weeks, haha.
Do you drink alcohol?
Very seldom. I’m underage until September!
Do you have a workout buddy?
No, except for when I go to zumba. Otherwise I just prefer to do my workouts alone.
What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a healthy lifestyle?
My level of confidence. I am soooo much more confident than I was even a few pounds ago.
What was the last healthy thing you did?
Hmm, I guess my workout yesterday. Which, I am still feeling today! lol
